Butter Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 container Superior Fresh Living Butterhead

  • 1 cup green olives, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 1/4 cup chives

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add Panko. Stir often until breadcrumbs have reached a golden color.

  2. Combine all dressing ingredients.

  3. Assemble salad on a large platter by layering butterhead leaves, olives, and panko breadcrumbs. Drizzle with dressing and top with chopped chives.
