Butter Lettuce Salad
Ingredients
1 container Superior Fresh Living Butterhead
1 cup green olives, sliced
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup chives
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Pepper
Instructions
In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add Panko. Stir often until breadcrumbs have reached a golden color.
Combine all dressing ingredients.
Assemble salad on a large platter by layering butterhead leaves, olives, and panko breadcrumbs. Drizzle with dressing and top with chopped chives.
